Isolated Ground MC

I have a project that calls for the use of an isolated ground and this was missed. What's the thought on using 12/3 MC (blk,red, white, green) and using the green for the isolated ground back to the isolated ground bar in the panel and taping the red green for the use of bonding the box? I recognize there are some issues concerning proper marking of the conductors but this effectively would work.

What type of facility? Any chance 250.119(B) would fit?

If 250.119(B) does not work, you can use Health care facility grade MC cable.

Are you allowed to re-identify that conductor since it's smaller than 6g (250.19)?

I agree or just buy IG MC cable, here it is a stock item.

I have 1500' of 12/2IG in our storage container right now.
