2 panel circuits in one switch box

Have a print with a 3 gang switch box. Switch 1 panel A ckt7, switch 2 panel A ckt9, switch 3 panel B ckt 7...is this allowed?

It's fine as long as the voltage between adjacent switches is not exceeding 300 volts.

Sure as long as they have their own neutrals.
