looking in the code for hospital grade receptacles and wiring
can i get any help

Start with Article 517. Specifically look at 517.13 and 517.18. {2008 NEC}

The only place you will find "hospital grade" in the 2011 NEC are sections 517.18(B), 517.19(B)(2), and 517.61(C)(2).
