The MHF cable will be dual rated such as RHW or THW and can be used inside a MH or dwelling. Straight URD is an outdoor cable only.
expanding on master's reply slightly. URD which does not carry any additional ratings (such as RHW), is a cable designed for utility distribution and is not recognized by the NEC. As such it can not legally be used for installations under NEC jurisdiction.
