transformer question 400v

first time poster long time viewer.searcing usually answers my questions so thanks for helping.i need to install a piece of equipment that is 400v 3 phase with 3 hot legs,neutral and ground.the panel i'm feeding it from is a 208 3phase y.my question is can i use this transformer which looks to me as a delta primary 208.
HPS SPL general purpose 3ph 15kVA 208D-400Y/231 60Hz AL NEMA-3R 150?C

It should work. Follow all rules for grounding/bonding and overcurrent protection of the 400V side.

Assuming of course that 15kVA is sufficient for your needs.
