The definition of an ICP reads as though a two gang switch box containing a wall switch and a timer could be considered an ICP. Even a couple door bell buttons. Is it really attempting to limit what we build for individual customers to that extent?

An enclosure containing a start and a stop button meets the defintion.

In my opinion just about everything in that article is already covered someplace else, or easily could be.

Are you getting hammered by your inspector for no UL stickers?

Hope he is not, cause I probably will be also. Especially for the HOA in an enclosure. Inspectors are somewhat consistant throughout the state, as is intended by the State Electrical Board. You generally don't find an area that just one inspector suddenly decides to look harder at - they all have been informed of that particular area.

No, I'm not. They have been pretty liberal so far.

The Unicameral has a hearing today on proposed legislation that would amend our state laws to include "...and installations for grain handling and irrigation equipment regardless of location,...". Just doing a little research as to how that might affect me. Haven't really decided one way or the other yet. I have until 1:30.
