Tamper proof receptacle in storage building?

I am assuming you are talking about a detached storage building that is accessory to a dwelling unit correct?
Anyway, this has been debated and is not crystal clear, but IMHO since 210.52(G) talks about accessory buildings then Tamper resistance receptacles are required in that building. The 2011 NEC added the term accessory buildings to 210.52(G).
