ARC Flash PPE inspections

Can anyone tell me what the inspection schedule is for arc flash suits? I know the gloves are annually.

Inspect before each use.
There is no testing done on them.

Similar to other worn protection, like fall protection harnesses and hard hats.

Safety Harnesses are good for 5 years. I guess there's no life span for the suits

The manufacturers of the Arc Rated clothing may have some requirements for inspections and lifespans of their products.

The manufacturer of the fabric (Usually different than who made the suit) has limits on lifespans, typically based on # of washes and if the washes are home or industrial.
