What does the code say about how far a gutter may extend out in front of a panelboard. Example: an 18" gutter mounted below a 6" deep panel?

It is permitted as long as you can maintain the maximum distance of 6". That may require building out the disconnect off of the wall something like this:

Are those listed fittings on the fmc for the bonding wires?

Nope, whoever installed those just used the screws on the fittings. :happysad:

Those jumpers aren't required since there was an EGC and bonding jumper within the raceway.
