i'm familiarizing myself with the 2011 nec, and remember from tests a few editions back a question about lighting and appliance panels, it had to do with a percentage of circuits providing power for lighting and appliances, where is/was it or is it gone. thanks.

It disappeared in the 2008 NEC. L&ABP no longer has any meaning. It was in 408.34(A) in the 2005
