Is their a code reference that would prohibit gluing non-metallic sealtite into a pvc coupling or bell end? This actually came up a few years ago at CEU and the instructor said it was OK but I think he said something about the glue you should use. I have done it and it works very well with the bell end of the pvc (small sizes). I was thinking of trying it with 2" for a service to make the bend for the roofline since I don't have a heat blanket and the factory 45's and 60's are never right. I could use SEU but I always try to do PVC out of the top of the meter because it looks better.

Probably a violation of 352.6. 2" pvc female with a 2" straight LFNC connector is how I would do it.

Can you use LFNC for a servive???

If you look at who makes both products, I have seen Carlon PVC and Carlon flex where the spec. allowed it. I think the only issue was the use of a certain glue or the use of primer, I don't exactly remember which.
