I have a two section panel with a parallel feed to the first section. Then a parallel feed to the second section. The panels have two 4" nipples to interconnect the two. Does the nipple do the bond or would a wire bond be needed? With two nipples would I need a bond to go thru both nipples since paralleled or one sized to the over current amperage? I am having a brain freeze on this for some reason. I want to say the nipples are the bond or one bond wire sized accordingly. What you say.

Need more details to give a concise answer.

Service conductors/equipment or feeders/subpanel?

Voltage to ground over 250V?

If the nipples are metallic and qualify as an EGC in 250.118 then no wire type EGC is required.
