30v Medium Base lamp

Need a replacement lamp for a drill press. 30v. Anyone have an idea where?

Try googling the lamp info? I remember a drill press I hooked up many years ago of Eastern European origin,Cyrillic alphabet & all that used 24V medium base lamps, I quit there before ever had to source a replacement.

whoops didnt see the medium base, h'mm I can find many 12 volt ones (campers), 24 volt one (boats), but nothing in a 30 volt medium base, are you sure its not a 130 volt and can't see the 1?

Does the X-former have a 30V output or is the measured voltage just high?

That's about right for an unloaded 24V system. I'd consider using a 24V bulb. Maybe look for an LED, could be that will last longer than an incandescant.

I would try the 24v if i could find. I believe this lamp has been in for 30 years +/- a couple so led might have a challenge
