extension collars

is their a limit to how many extension collars you are permitted to use on a single box the other day i saw alot of them piled up. just curious

I wonder if anyone knows the origin of this photo. It has been seen here many times and I've seen it in code CEU classes as well over the years.

I would say no limit, but on a smaller box, the conductors would need to be no less than 6" long and extend atleast 3" past the opening of the box.
