How do I calculate the dryer load for a 12 unit apartment when there is a laundry room in a common area? 5.5KVA each dryer.

A dryer in each apt or just a common laundry?

Common laundry would be on the house load.

220.54 does not apply to common load/dryers in other than SFDs.

There is one commona laundry room with 4 dryers in the building.
