Hospitals isolation receptacles

I cannot find where it is against code, but its not a good design. The question was asked about hospitals operating rooms. Can you have both grounded and (ungrounded) isolation receptacles in the same o.r. room?? Is there an NEC (517) violation I'm missing??

Either the loss of power can be tolerated or can't. It just seems it would cause a safety issue and confusion for the operating staff.

I agree that it's a bad design, it should be one or the other but not both. If isolation power is not used the devices should be GFCI.

I worked in OR other day. Needed to add Lipo Suction Device @ 208 volts. Isolation panel was 120 only. Do you think. This lipo should be on GFCI. ? Could not add to Isolation panel. Why are these panels only 120v?

Isn't the secondary voltage from the isolation transformer that feeds these panels 60/120 1P?
That is correct, it 60 volts per leg, however there are dual output panels that can supply 208/120 or 240/120 volts
