fused at 125% or 150%

Hey sparkys don't have a book here with me my question is I have a water heater three phase 480 volt draws 65 amps. I say ocpd fused at 125% boss thinks 150% it matters for my switch gear switch. Who is correct?

Depends on whether you are talking minimum or not... the NEC does not specify a maximum.

Anyway, the answer depends on some additional details. Assuming a storage type water heater, if 120 gallons or less, 125% is the minimum ocpd for the branch circuit (load to be considered continuous per 422.13). If greater than 120 gallons, 100% is the minimum branch circuit ocpd rating (422.10).
