Bonding bushings-- both ends?

If you are using a bonding bushing to bond a raceway for, say, a bad box connection in a system over 250 volts (reducing washers, oversize knockout, etc.), are you required to bond both ends of the raceway? I understand it is required for a raceway protecting a grounding electrode conductor.

No, if it is otherwise connected at the other end by an approved method. Of course does not count if it is a service raceway, or as you said, a GEC.

The NEC does not require that service raceways be bonded at both ends, however some utilities do in their rules.
