Recognize this switch?

Does it matter? I expect this is nothing more than 3 SPDT momentary center off rocker switches with indicator lights for low voltage lighitng controls. You should be able to get a similar one in a face plate from your GE lighting control distributor, ILC lighting,
Wattstopper, Cooper etc. No big deal unless it need to match the existing. Do a Google search for GE RS rocker switches. Usually though there is only one lamp, to indicate on status remotely

Yeah, and if it was made by Zenith or Westinghouse, or any of the other now defunct electrical companies, then what?
