Spanner type tamper resistant. Need to figure out the spacing between the two holes and buy the appropriate tip.
I picked up this exact kit for about $19 and it has almost any tamper resistant tip out there, including 4 spanner types.

Has anyone ever this type of cover screw (screw head has two small holes)?
Illinois had a prison building and renovation spree a number of years ago. I think I worked in 5 of them, including the now closed Joliet prision. We did a lot of work in a number of them. One of our foreman spent more time there than a lot of inmates...he worked on various prison projects for about 7 years straight.And you know this, how?:?
