Has anybody used this for marketing?

Personally, I've been the recipient of it from nonelectrical companies.

I found it very annoying when they send out three-four emails a week. I unsubscribe when it gets like that.

If, it was less, I might read some of them.

Constant Contact has pretty much become the de facto standard for managing email marketing in small business. Whether it works for you is largely dependent on how you use it. I have found it to be an excellent tool for managing email marketing in another non electrical business I'm involved in.

I haven't used constant contact but do get some from different people. Some of them i read some they are trashed. It depends how and what kind of information you share with your clients. Basically the game is to keep your name in front of them which there are other ways besides the email marketing.

This is not an advertising but I am using her services and has been really beneficial for me. http://handtohandcontact.com

FWIW, some of us mark anything from constantcontact and similar companies as spam.

Also, if a business is sending me an email, I want it to come from them directly. I also want it to have the actual message content; I won't click on links to other sites, won't download pictures, and won't click on "If you're having trouble reading this..." links. Could be that I'm a Luddite about this, but the first email system I wrote from scratch was in 1982 and the second in 1987....
