LFMC on Service

In the wording, LFMC is shown as permissible between raceways or raceway and service equipment. There is no mention of using it between a meter enclosure and service equipment.
Is that Code permissible and, if so, is bonding required.
I see no problem with it and no need for bonding as both enclosures are bonded but with the wording as it is, I feel I may be overlooking something.r

Interesting that it only states between raceway and service equip. I cannot imagine why it cannot be used between the meter and service equipment and yes I believe it needs to be bonded just as any metal raceway would be required to be.

IYO, would a "bonding jumper" be required as noted in the Article ?
