unistruts in wall

Im not sure , but I think an inspector told me that I can't use unistrut straps in the wall ,concealed ,(there is a concrete wall behind the 3 5/8" framing stud) am I wrong ? It might have been something else tho.
any code reference if its true?

I'll go out on a limb and say no code reference because it's not true. :)

And why would it matter if it were concealed by the wall? Hasn't this inspector ever seen a conduit rack above Sheetrock ceiling?

I wasn't quite sure , I thought maybe the screws need to be accessible , but I guess I'm confusing it with something else , thanks for the reply

What do they need to be accessible for? If you used regular straps instead of strut clamps or even hanger type straps there is still screws holding them in place.
