Carbide hole cutter?

I like the cleaner look of the punch. Other than punch sets, I have the old-style hole saws so maybe I have missed out by not getter some newer saw technology.

These newer cutters cut a pretty clean hole. Maybe cleaner than most punches. Definitely cleaner than a worn punch. There is still a need for punches, but I don't even get them out as much anymore for 1/2 thru 1 in when it is easier and faster to just use the hole cutters.
