Can a power quality meter and a generator protective relay share the same set of CTs?

They can... but really shouldn't! For meterimg accuracy is a must, while for protection it must not saturate under fault-current conditions!

To build on Phil's statement:
Protection relays can be used with metering current transformers. Metering devices may not work well with protection CTs.
For precise results it is best to have separate CTs for each device.
Electronic and electromechanical devices may not play well together.

Another essential difference...
For 'protection', Metering CTs should saturation close to the nominal current it's required to measure! Ironic, isn't it!
