We have a prepaid legal service we have been using for about a year it has been a great way to get people to pay their bill . They will send a demand letter and file lein paperwork if needed so far once they get the demand letter they always pay. I also get legal advice and representation.Its much easier to pay a small amount each month rather than several hundred all at once.If anyone is interested PM me for their name.

That is for service calls on replacement projects we get 50% upfront and balance at completion we usually collect that day but being in a second home resort area our clients are often not here when we complete or we are waiting on inspections so payment comes later we still have ARs for these type projects.
