Yes there is. In fact, while not common, they definitely are not unusual.
Manufacturers usually list these, in their catalog, as 'drive isolation' transformers.

A 240 volt Wye secondary would give you 240/139 volts. Why would you need such a thing?

Yes, they are readily available

Yes, they are readily available

Is there a transformer that is rated 240 volt delta input to 240 volt Wye output?:?

Yes, just list KVA required, if enclosed or open style, if X0 (neutral) on secondary to be brought out or not, any other defining requirements and a quote can be had from many sources including us.

This type xfmr is a must on some servo/spindle/drive systems such as many Siemens, Bosch/Rexroth (altho local salesmen don't often know it, it is in black and white in their drive manuals), recommended on more, etc. In addition, some of these folks required a maximum (sounds backwards but true) impedance of 3% etc also so be sure you know & tell vendor what it is going to be used on, so xfmr vendor can help you pick right one (assuming they know).

It also sometimes is added after the fact to solve noise problems folks have had for years on equipment, by providing that low Z path to ground for all phases.
