I was asked today what code section doesn't allow you to have phone jack and 120 outlets in the same box without a divider separating the two. The best I could come up with off hand was 800.133(A)(2) and exception 2.
Am I on track or is there a better code reference? This is such a basic practice I have never given it much thought but now someone is arguing it saying they don't need a divider between the communication jack and power? Go figure.

I don't see how that tells me I need a divider in a box, it seems to only address the cable insulation. At the jack and outlet there will be exposed terminals.

No it doesn't state a divider is needed but tells you you cannot have different wiring system unless the conductors are rated with the same voltage as the highest voltage in the box. It just adds to what you had. You have the correct section.
