one generator with 2 transfer switches

i have a Generac 12kw standby propane gen with an auto 12 ckt xfer switch-my daughter lives on the same property 300' feet away feeding off the same utility pole transformer-she has a manual transfer switch which i hooked up a portable gen for the storm---i want to run wires from my gen to her transfer switch so i don't need a portable gen at her house---
what would be req'd-was planning #6 stranded copper( 2 hot -1 neutral)--do i need a ground(maybe a #10)
