If you are need 208Y/120, I think you have the correct method.
 
Just to double check since templdl said it would not work, I spoke with customer again and what he has is 240V 3 Phase 3 Wire (no neutral), service that was installed around 25-30 years ago (has separate meter). He called it 240V Corner grounded Delta. Most of their machinery runs fine on it, but they are adding some sensitive packaging equipment that required 208V, so they were going to purchase this transformer.
 
He said a buck boost would not work due to the lack of neutral. The transformer you linked to looks like it will do the job nicely.

Yes, you would use a 240 delta-208Y120 isolation transformer which simply has a separate 240 delta primary and 208Y120 secondary winding. A transformer that provides isolation simply put provides a newly derived system for the secondary regardles of the pri-sec ratio where a B-B does not provide isolation. The 240d-208Y120 provides a neutral where a B-B can only provide 240D-208D.
 
Chris Kennedy, customer has a separate service for 120V. I would like to thank everyone for answering my question here.
