120/240 to 120/240 transformer?

Hey everyone, I am new to the forum and appreciate your help.
Here is the situation I have:
I need to provide power for a camera system.
System installer says they require 120v with a neutral and a ground.
Camera is being installed on a street light pole where I have 2 legs of 120v to ground, but no neutral available.
I cannot get back to source panel to bring a neutral out.
I don't do much of this, but is there a transformer available that does 120/240v to 120/240v that I could mount at/near the light pole to create a new 'system' with a neutral?
Thanks in advance for your help,
GD

You just need a straight 240->120 transformer.

It needs to be an isolation type, not an auto-transformer since you require a neutral. The neutral on secondary becomes the neutral once you ground it.

Not a neutral but rather a grounded conductor, often called a neutral by the ignorant. The system has to have a neutral point before the connected conductor can be called a neutral.
