Coming into the New Year I am just checking what other members in FL. are paying or using as wage scales and benefits for electricians at with different years of experience. Here if Florida there are no certifications required for electricians so it is kind of hard to evaluate.

Davis Bacon rate for Collier county is $ 28.46 plus $9.12 in fringes, if that's what you are asking.

Appreciate the post but I was looking more for local service rates and what experienced electricians get paid. I have a couple of guys that are lacking in commercial exp. and are well versed as residential electricians. Thinking of looking for a commercial electrician for small tenant build outs. As for Davis Bacon, we have done jobs that are closer to $16-18.00 + benefits.
