Hi,
"Can you please explain in detail what this means and how to draw it on paper.
When a customer-generator facility is to be connected to 3 phase, 4 wire primary EDC distribution lines, a 3 phase or single phase generator will be connected line-to-neutral and will be effectively grounded."
fyi-We have conductors tapped on each phase and neutral bonded to neutral and ground conductor to building steel.

I think you may have misplaced ".

Can you provide more context?

I believe this is simply saying the generator must be configured for grounded-neutral wye output. I assume by drawing you mean one-line diagram. Simply annotate the generator symbol with voltage configuration and put a grounded-neutral wye symbol next to it.
