Negative or grounded conductor in a PV Sytem

When combining multi DC feeders from combiner boxes into a single conduit, does the negative/grounded conductor get considered as a current carrying conductor for derating. So if I have 3 positive conductors and 3 negative conductors along with the ground wires, do I have more than 3 current carrying conductors in that conduit?
