Buck Boost Transformer Power Dissipation

I am going to be installing a Buck Boost transformer for a client to increase the available 208V to the needed 230V. How do I calculate the likely power dissipation of the transformer?

Single phase with a 21A motor load on the 230V side.

The losses are minimal, and there really isn't anything you can do about them anyway.

As long as motor is not over 10 % indifference. Dont need to boost. 208/230 is 10 percent. 208 still acceptable
