Possible Wire type based on appearance

I can't find anything in NECCA about this but does anyone have any thoughts on the type of wire this is based on the continuous red stripes. I have no way of looking at the wire to see. Just looking for thoughts.

I would think it is run of the mill shielded medium voltage cable.

The red strip just being an identifier like red THHN. But someone used all the same color.

Some brand of medium voltage cable possibly Okonite?

Not sure.
