Penetrating concrete floor slab with MC

I need to bring 3 12/2 MC cables through a poured concrete floor is it sufficient to use 3 m fire stopping around cables? Or is a sleeve required. Plan does not show any diagrams with reference to electrical sleeves only plumbing.

Is the floor part of a fire rated assembly?

Track down the system sheet for the product you are using. Not alot of experience with 3M, but Hilti does an excellent job of getting the right sheet for the application. The supplier of the firestop material should be able to provide the information you need.
