Guys hi,
What kind of receipt machines/devices you are using for your contractors/employees?
We have 15 great guys working with us, but it's pain to keep everything organized.
We are looking for the device/machine to do the following:
1. Our contractor/employee puts all job details in the machine
2. It prints the receipt to the customers
3. Sends copy of receipt to our system
Do you use something like this? Maybe some 'attachment' to iphone/ipad? It's hard to keep track of everything in order, especially for cash payments.

invoice2go with some of the modules, and set the cloud
service up for enough users to accommodate your crew.

electrical flat rate also has something that might be
right up your alley. talk to jim brush about it.

I tried that and I wasn't too happy with it. I prefer QuickSale. $30 one time purchase price.

ES2 is $100 per month. :lol::lol::lol:

if the poster has 15 guys working for him,
$1,000 a month to keep it all straight is nothing.

invoice2go is a couple hundred a year, with the
cloud, and all the modules, etc.

thank god they are charging enough so they don't
go broke. the last thing i want is to be using an
accounting system that folds 'cause they price
their service like an electrical contractor does. :dunce:

i think electrical flat rate would be a better choice for
a 15 man shop. that was the model i believe jim
built the service around.

If the OP wants to use the software for flat rate pricing, then ES2 might be an option. I was under the impression that he was just looking for invoicing software. I honestly like QuickSale very much, better than Invoice2Go. The OP would be able to enter all of his own flat rate pricing directly into QuickSale, and save a significant amount of money.

Personally, I am not a fan of ES2. I think it grossly over inflates the price by over estimating the job. I'm aware of all of the costs of doing business and the unbillable hours that need to be accounted for. But if I want to inflate the price of a job, I can do that myself.
