Can this cord be submerged underwater for a boat lift? What type of cords can be submerged?

Just an opinion, but if it's listed sunlight resistant, it appears 555.13 will allow it, but the location might pose a problem. Take a look at 555.23
(Keep in mind Art 555 is not for residential owner docks)

Yes you can. Table 4004.4. But why would you. 300v cords are cheaper?
