Kinney Panel

I could use some help specifying breakers for an old 100A, 16 pole, 208V, 3ph, 4W Kinney panel. It was installed in 1986 approximately and has no model type information on it or the breakers. The permit reviewer for the building is a stickler for requiring the electrical designer to provide make and model type (like EB, FB, etc.) for all circuit breakers that will be installed in existing panels. I understand that Kinney is a discontinued brand and looking at the picture below, I think Westinghouse circuit breakers were used in this panel.

Does anyone know the make and model type of (2) 1P-20A circuit breakers that would replace a 2P-30A CB in the panel below:

I would guess that the W on the handle end would indicate that it's indeed a Westinghouse breaker.
 
Kinney assembled panelboards using 'interiors and breakers' from other manufacturers, with Westinghouse probably being their predominant source.
 
Infinity - I came to that conclusion that way. Thanks for confirming.

Templdl - I also think there might be more information behind the dead front, but as a designer the AHJ for the campus would not allow me to open the dead front. Thanks!

There's a good chance that the Eaton electrics ED, EHD, FD, HFD series would be suitable for the panel.

Maybe not.
Look at the 2 pole breakers, the handle is in the center. All of the current Westinghouse / C-H designs have the handles offset to one side on 2 pole breakers because they are all based on the 3 pole design with one pole lopped off. They've been that way ever since I can remember, which goes back to the old E frame Westinghouse AB De-ion breakers.

These are a LOT older than 1986! If they are the old "LB" Series that I think they are that pre-dates the E frames, they were old and obsolete back in the 70s. I'm thinking the 1940s, 50s at best?

Kinney is not gone by the way, they are still in Elgin, IL. 847-742-9600

Excellent point. I believe that Eaton my support those breakers through its vintage products group. A call to their support group may answer that question.
