floor box to low

I know there were posts before, but I can not find them now. Something happened to one of my Carlon floor boxes. I t is 1/2 to 1 inch below the concrete. Suggestions? Thanks.

While I know what the code says, being that it's a concrete floor, as an inspector, I may not get to worked up about it. But, since Cavie said they make an extension then you should fix it right.

I.....I try to control my self, but some times my common sense just.....breaks out on it's own.:ashamed1:

It is the roughly 4" round one. E ______ something, takes the E97DSC cover or one like it.
Could you post the repair part site? How readily available are they? Thanks. A red-neck fix would be OK by me.

If it is the one I'm thinking of the trim kit has enough play in it to make up your gap.
