When you ask "propane gas dispenser" are you refencing a commercial location for refilling propane containers, such as used on barbeque

I think that's more of a gas code issue (source of ignition). Please ask your local Fire Marshal. That dispensing equipment is permitted, inspected and regulated by him (or her). They should be able to tell you the minimum distance. My advice is get it farther away, but it's not my call.
