Question on 200 amp Panel

I'm in the process of installing a new service to my house, it consists of a 320/400 meter socket split into 2 200 amp services. It comes from the meter socket to a 200 amp disconnect then proceeds to my garage. The garage is 140 feet away and im running 2 1/2 inch conduit to it. My inspector said I could run mobile home entrance cable, i purchased from my local electrical supply 4/0 4/0 2/0 4. The garage has two levels with the lower being a garage and the upper being a wood shop. Is the 2/0 sufficient enough for the neutral in this situation. There will be multiple 240 items and your normal 120 stuff. Just making sure i'll be ok before i pull the wire. My other option would to be return the wire and buy 4/0 4/0 4/0 2/0. Any input would be appreciated.
