Service vs Feeders

I come from the pole to the transformer, from the transformer to a disconnect. My neutral stops at the disconnect and I feed a 3 phase 480 Volt Panel 200 feet away. Is the cable from the disconnect to the Panel considered "Service Conductors" or "Feeders"?
 
Service conductors stop at the service (first) disconnecting means. Beyond that point wiring is feeders or branch circuits.
 
The original post did not advise if it was a POCO or cutomer transformer plus there may be pole disconnects.
