2011nec icc commercial electrical inspector exam

Does any body know anything about the 2011 NEC ICC commercial electrical inspector exam? does it refer to a lot of tables, plans?

Is this a State exam? I've taken the ICS and HHS national exams but have not heard of the ICC.
