Generator sizing fire house.

I am sizing a generator for a volunter fire departments fire house. 2 overhead doors and a bathroom, office and work area. What would I use for a Volt-amp sq ft load to do a load calculation? I would also be able to go by the number of fixtures they have installed? Thanks

so your going to go full load on this and not only the what they need to get by?

other wise 180va and 3 candella per square foot. if there is a radio room that should be on the gen. or just go here:
