Store Load Calculation

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could please take a look at and critique my load calculation for an existing store. The owner wants to replace the HVAC system and add more lights.

STORE CALCULATION

3-PHASE 120/208 VOLTS

5,000 SQ' @ 3VA = 15,000VA
40' SHOW WINDOW LIGHTING @ 200VA = 8,000VA
40 RECEPTACLES @ 180VA = 7,200VA
ACTUAL CONNECTED LIGHTING LOAD = 5,000VA GETS NEGATED
A/C = 14,400VA
H2O HEAT = 5,000VA
APPLIANCES AND HAND TOOLS = 3,000VA
AIR HANDLER = 1,500VA
25% OF LARGEST MOTOR LOAD = 1,800VA

TOTAL = 55,900 VA / 360 VOLTS = 155.27AMPS

THE BUILDING IS 103 YEARS OLD. THERE IS A TROUGH AND 6 - 60-AMP DISCONNECTS ARE TAPPED TO THE SERVICE CONDUCTORS INSIDE THE TROUGH. THE SIZE OF THE SERVICE CONDUCTORS INSIDE THE TROUGH IS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE. THE OVERALL DIAMETER OF EACH IS 13/16". MY GUESS IS THAT SINCE IT IS SO OLD IT MIGHT ONLY BE A 4/0 CONDUCTOR, COPPER, RATED 230 AMPS. I FOUND A TABLE IN THE CODE BOOK THAT WILL TELL ME THE DIAMETER OF A BARE CONDUCTOR SO IF I HAVE TO I CAN REMOVE THE TAPE FROM THE END AND MEASURE IT WHILE IT IS ENERGIZED.
