They are in every estimating program I have seen.
Different labor for plastic ground bushings, steel bushings, grounding bushings, etc.
Locknuts are labored separate unless they are part of a connector.
So if you have a piece of 4" GRC threaded, you add locknuts and bushings and they are labored separate.
Or if you have a 12" nipple assembly it has LN&B included.
Are you sure the LN&B's are not labored on the printout with the exploded assembly?
