Does it have to be a hospital for 517.13 to apply?:?

517 installs are not something I have ever done, so I am just asking. This is your strong point, not mine. I have never even changed a light bulb in a hospital, let alone ran circuits.

I was assuming that the following applied:

Health Care Facilities. Buildings or portions of buildings
in which medical, dental, psychiatric, nursing, obstetrical,
or surgical care are provided. Health care facilities include,
but are not limited to, hospitals, nursing homes, limited
care facilities, clinics, medical and dental offices, and ambulatory
care centers, whether permanent or movable.

Since it's a "medical office", hopefully you are actually referencing "patient care" and not truly "critical care".
As suggested, read Art 517, if you have not, particularly 517.13 and 250.118. I think you will find the allowed use of FMC is quite limited.

Derek, 517.13 would apply but, if it's a hospital 517.30(C)(3) might come into play meaning flexible wiring methods may not be allowed for the "Critical Branch"

redandant grounding-dermatology ofice

redandant grounding-dermatology ofice

When do I need isolated ground system.?

Do I need it for a dermatology office except FCM cable, green colored or tagged cables in exam rooms?

where do I terminate green insulated (redant.) wires in panel and in power outlet boxes????

it is dermatology office
Then you don't have to worry about 517.30(C)(3) and flexible wiring is allowed

But it is the correct answer. Per 517.13(A) the metallic sheath will have to qualify as an EGC per 250.118

Can I use flexible metal conduit enclosed with (2) grounding wires and the circuit to feed receptacles in exam rooms?????
If the run is shorter than 6' you can use FMC per 250.118 and you would only need one wire type EGC

How about I.G bus in panel???
That wouldn't change anything as far as the wiring methods allowed

Never in a patient care area

You connect the wire EGC the same as you would in any typical installation.
