45 KVA TRANSFORMER

1. I have a 45kva transformer coming off a unfused 200amp disconect sw. the primary is 277/480v secondary is 120/208.There is no building steel in area to ground xo,can i use the ground from service sw or do i need to put a ground rod in?
2. does the transformer have to be bonded with a ground rod?

The trany must be tied to the grounding electrode conductor or the grounding electrode. A separate ground rod is not sufficient. The equipment grounding conductor is not allowed to be used as a grounding electrode conductor
